Dell is implementing Adobe Workfront as its centralized marketing system of record/work management system to optimize the execution of marketing activities. This product allows Dell’s Marketing team members to work more efficiently and focus on the strategy of delighting customers through personalized experiences.

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workfront core design and configuration
• 3-5 years of overall experience in a consulting role, working with enterprise software solutions
• Workfront certification is preferred (e.g., Workfront Certified Administrator)
• Experience in client-facing roles, understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions
• Ability to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting in a Workfront environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the implementation and configuration of Workfront Fusion is a plus
• Experience in integrating Workfront with other Marketing tools
  Compensation
  Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $132,000.
