COMPENSATION RANGE: $35-$40/HR W2

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Workfront Operations Coordinator to help bridge the gap between our client’s creative and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency, support the accurate delivery of assets across platforms and ensure consistent quality through data-driven process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to hit the ground running; troubleshoot and partner with Operations and Digital Asset Management teams to bring everyone to the next level process-wise.
  • Willingness to work core hours daily, with potential meetings outside of those hours as needed.
  • Proficiency in Workfront as it relates to configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the platform.
  • Proven competency in data collection, analysis, and reporting for designated KPIs.
  • Posses an aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets Manager and Seismic a plus!

Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, and optimize workflows across operations, production, and business systems.
  • Monitor project statuses and proactively identify blockers or risks to timeline or quality.
  • Develop reference materials, process documentation, and SOPs/best practices then support the facilitation of tactical aspects.
  • Identify the difference between true systems bugs and human error and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Coordinate and track digital projects to ensure tools are integrated, data is flowing correctly, and campaigns are executed efficiently.
  • Manage/Oversee the team’s Workfront instance, building and designing templates and/or reporting dashboards as needed.
  • Evaluate Workfront Fusion plug-in functionality and customizations for process automation or system integration opportunities where applicable.
  • Properly manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining appropriate and professional communications.
  • Stay current on MarTech trends and tools to advise on platform improvements.
