Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic implementation, adoption, and optimization of Adobe Workfront for internal teams and clients across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee the growth and scaling of the Workfront practice, shaping delivery frameworks, defining best practices, and ensuring consistent, high-quality implementations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective Workfront solutions that drive business value.
  • Configure and design Workfront platforms, including custom workflows, reporting structures, and integrations with other systems.
  • Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and configuration of Workfront to support client needs and business objectives.
  • Provide end-user training and testing support to ensure successful platform adoption and use.
  • Support project management and account management teams by escalating risks and issues to the appropriate managers.
  • Plan and oversee launch and cutover processes, ensuring smooth transitions from project execution to post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Content Supply Chain to develop estimating frameworks and determine labor needs for Workfront engagements.
  • Hire, train, and manage Workfront configurators and consultants, delegating tasks based on client needs and team capabilities.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and ensure both internal teams and clients benefit from the latest features and best practices.
