Compensation & Schedule You will receive a competitive annual salary of $70,000.00. Your regular work schedule will run Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as your days off to recharge and enjoy personal time. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff. Ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in every dish. Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost controls. Oversee sanitation, safety, and preventative maintenance. Collaborate on menu planning, recipe creation, and seasonal specials. Work on the line and keep service running smooth. Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure satisfaction and add to the hospitality experience.
