• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

• Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff.
• Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals.
• Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.

CUSTODIAL TASKS:

• Perform assigned cleaning duties daily to support the team and maintain facility standards.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or emergency tasks as needed.
• Lead by example in demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and efficiency.
