• Working on the tools completing joinery work (second and final fix)

• Ensuring subcontractors and labourers work safely.
• Maintaining health and safety records.
• Coordinating work crews.
• Delegating responsibilities.
• Ensuring successful project completion.
• Resolving issues efficiently.
• Creating and maintaining construction schedules
• Ordering materials.
• Ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Following safety protocols.
