JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role working across a range of residential and commercial projects in Rugby and the surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can lead by example on site, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in coordinating trades, managing deadlines, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Strong carpentry background (essential)
• Broad knowledge of general building trades
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/plans
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS Card preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Oversee and coordinate daily site activities
• Work alongside trades while managing site operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct quality checks and ensure health & safety compliance
• Report to senior management on project progress
