WORKING FOREMAN – HIGH-END PROPERTY RENOVATION (W14 LONDON)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (occasional Saturday work)
Location: W14, London
Pay: £250 per day, paid fortnightly on a CIS deduction basis

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Working Foreman or similar role in high-end residential projects.
  • Strong practical skills and willingness to be hands-on.
  • Experience in minor demolition and steel installation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Valid CSCS card and relevant site qualifications preferred.
  • Keep daily notes, photos and records to issue to project manager.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Working Foreman to oversee a renovation project in W14, London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain exceptional quality standards while working to tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard and carried out to the drawings or schedule of works
  • Coordinate and manage trades on site to keep the project on schedule.
  • Carry out hands-on tasks - a base trade is beneficial
  • Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Liaise with the project manager and client to provide regular progress updates.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised worksite.
