ABOUT US:

We are a growing industrial and commercial construction company specializing in high-quality finishing and installation work. We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead our crew, maintain high standards of craftsmanship, and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, with strong skills in drywall, painting, and finishing.
• Previous foreman or lead-hand experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights) an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Supervise and work alongside crew members on-site.
• Perform and oversee:
• Drywall framing, installation, taping, and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Ceiling and flooring installation (tile, laminate, specialty finishes)
• Door installation, including hardware fitting
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and building code standards.
• Coordinate daily activities, delegate tasks, and manage schedules.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
