• Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken, English to effectively communicate with our international teams in the USA, China and Dubai.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

THE ROLE:

Based in our Soest, Netherlands facility (established in 2021), we are looking for a hands on production manager to join our dynamic team (4 FTE). You will play a crucial role in supporting both customer service and production operations while helping our growing team to become more independent from our USA-based support.
This is a great opportunity to work within a small, close-knit team, where you’ll have a diverse set of responsibilities and will never find the work boring or repetitive. Where you’re managing import shipments, communicating with customers, or assisting with production tasks, your role will be varied and engaging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the production operators and schedule
• Supply chain Management
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipment details.
• Entering customer orders and update order status.
• Coordinate booking and shipment of products.
• Administer Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and track shipments
• Enter production orders and create item ID’s
• Assist the production operator with start-up, inspection and product related tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues in USA, China and Dubai facilities.
• Demonstrate hands-on mentality in all aspects of the role.
