Description We’re hiring a hands-on Production Manager. This is not a desk job — you will lead from the floor and work alongside the team. What you’ll do: Run daily production and keep jobs on schedule Work in production (cutting, assembly, fabrication as needed) Lead, train, and hold team accountable Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery Requirements What we need: Strong manufacturing experience Proven leadership in a production environment Good math and measurement skills Ability to move fast and solve problems Bonus if you have: Sign manufacturing, aluminum, or fabrication experience Apply if you: Show up, take ownership, and get things done.
