So the question is: Are you our next Who? We’re a fast-moving shop fitting company delivering high-end fit-outs across the UK. We need a Working Site Foreman who’s hands-on, switched-on, and ready to run sites with pride. This is not a 9-to-5 desk job—it’s boots on the ground, sleeves up, and 12-hour days on site.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing sites from strip-out to handover
• Working alongside trades—this is a working foreman role
• Leading subcontractors and maintaining high standards
• Problem-solving, keeping things moving, and owning the outcome
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the wider team
• Maintaining safety, tidiness, and professionalism on live sites

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in shop fitting and interior fit-out
• A solid trade background (preferably joinery)
• CSCS card * SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid
• Full UK Driving Licence – essential
• Own tools and transport – essential
• Willingness and ability to work UK-wide and stay away when required
