Position: Site Foreman (Construction)
Hours: 47.5 hours per week (typically Monday–Friday, with some Saturday/Sunday work as required)
Salary: Negotiable
Reports to: Contract Manager
Location: Various construction sites – UK Based.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in the construction industry.
  • Strong trade background (e.g. carpentry, bricklaying, or general building).
  • CSCS card (Gold/Black preferred).
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (desirable).
  • First Aid at Work certificate (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Site Foreman will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, working alongside the team “on the tools” while also supervising trades, labourers, and subcontractors. The role requires balancing hands-on trade skills with leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification, and within quality standards.
