Job Title: Working Site Supervisor
We are a growing family run company supplying specialist services to the clean water industry. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and driven Working Site Supervisor. As the Working Site Supervisor you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, supervising a small team of workers to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within a timely manner.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the client, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and report on status updates.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.
- Provide guidance and support to the construction team.
Requirements:
- A Full clean driving License is essential for this position
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a team.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Desired:
- Experience in the Water Industry.
- CSCS Green Card.
- SSSTS/SMSTS Qualification.
- EUSR Blue Card.
- City & Guilds Confined Space Certificate.
