As a Working Site Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our residential construction sites. You’ll oversee job site activities, support trades, maintain safety standards, and contribute hands-on when needed. Whether you’re laying floor protection or reviewing plans with our construction project manager, you’ll help ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards.
This is a hybrid leadership and labor role ideal for someone with strong site supervisor experience and a deep understanding of both project execution and on-site operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Building Technology)
• 10–15 years of hands-on construction labor experience
• Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreperson in residential builds, renovations, or custom homes
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety procedures, and site security requirements
• Familiarity with project administration and field-level project management
• Skilled in note-taking, data tracking, and reporting with minimal error
• Proficient (or willing to learn) in BuilderTrend or other construction management software
• Strong communication skills and experience leading or coordinating teams/trades
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret construction plans
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be comfortable performing physical work on-site alongside the trades

• Lead daily operations at residential construction sites alongside the project manager and senior site team
• Support trades on-site and perform hands-on labor tasks such as floor protection, site cleanup, light framing, drywall/taping, and tile installation
• Maintain site documentation, including daily logs and checklists, using project management software (BuilderTrend or equivalent)
• Coordinate site security, safety protocols, and cleanliness to ensure a hazard-free work environment
• Collaborate with the office and field team to ensure efficient trade scheduling and material delivery
• Attend all site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Provide feedback on job performance and site activity to the Senior Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager
• Take full ownership of smaller-scale projects when needed, managing them independently from start to finish
• Participate in company training and development programs
• Resolve on-site issues and support disciplinary processes if necessary
