YOUR MISSION

• Create outgoing invoices/credit notes for both B2B and B2C customers.
• Assist in the issuance and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices/credit notes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Develop an understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency market, staying updated on new regulations and trends.
• Collaborate with the tax consultant’s office on accounting and financial tasks, gaining knowledge of the impact of cryptocurrency regulations on accounting practices.
• Updating the financial model monthly with the monthly figures
• Communicating and presenting the monthly findings to C-Level.
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and participate in the annual tax audit process.
• Assist in the accurate and efficient processing of payments and refunds.
• Ensure all customer invoices are dispatched in a timely manner.
• Take responsibility for uploading/archiving invoices in accounting tools and liaising with external accounting consultants.
• Display a proactive approach to innovate and enhance existing processes.
