About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Working Student – Accounting to support our growing Finance
team. You will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, gain hands-on experience with
international financial processes, and work in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. This role is
perfect for students who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in bridging theory with
real-world practice.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Help with bank reconciliations and expense processing
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts)
  • Participate in ad hoc finance projects, such as process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially Procurement and HR)

What You Bring:

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong interest in accounting and financial processes
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (HGB, IFRS is a plus)
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and independent working style
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Ability to work approximately 15–20 hours per week during the semester
