YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A highly motivated, curious, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong understanding of AI algorithms and inference optimization techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently on large codebases.
  • Proficient in Python, with strong software engineering skills and solid experience in PyTorch.
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related AI field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Experience in C++.
  • Experience with AI accelerators or hardware optimizations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Recogni, we are at the forefront of cutting-edge AI hardware and software solutions. To keep pace in this dynamic, interdisciplinary field, we are seeking a Working Student in SDK and compiler frontend development. This role involves designing and implementing a cutting edge AI inference framework for our own custom ASIC hardware. You will gain hands-on experience about state of the art large model deployment while working alongside a team of experts in a fast-paced, innovative environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of our AI inference framework for our own custom ASIC hardware.
  • Implement state-of-the-art deep learning models on our custom hardware.
  • Validate our SDK through recurring competitor analysis.
  • Improve compatibility of our software stack with the broader PyTorch and JAX ecosystem.
  • Develop intuitive tooling to elevate the developer experience of our production SDK.
