Your mission Are you a numbers whiz and want to gain practical experience in all areas of the Finance department in a fast-growing SaaS company alongside your studies? Do you enjoy working in a small team on diverse tasks such as accounting, reporting, and process development? Then join our Finance Team as a working student (all genders)! Your Key Responsibilities: You will support the Finance Team with a variety of tasks such as: Assist our Senior Accountant in processing incoming invoices Asisst our Financial Controller with the preparation of financial reports and analysis Support the monthly payroll and commission calculation Help optimize and automate our processes and workflows through AI Help reorganize our invoicing structure and automate the underlying invoice processes Your profile You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed at least 3 semesters). You bring strong skills in AI applications (Claude and Copilot), Excel, and Power BI, combined with a fast learning curve for new tools. You are reliable and you handle your tasks with great care and consciousness. You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment. You have a work permit valid for working student positions in Germany. Why us?
