Job Description
Join our team as a Working Student and provide support to our growing user base by managing app store reviews and responding to user inquiries.
You will support the App Marketing Team and collaborate with the App Developer Team to address technical issues and stay informed about app updates.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively address user feedback and concerns by promptly responding to app store reviews in English, German and French.
  • Manage email correspondence from users, providing guidance and troubleshooting app-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.
  • Ensure users have access to accurate information by maintaining and updating support documentation.
  • Monitor user feedback trends and share insights to help improve app features and user satisfaction.
