For our pioneering Space Projects, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

WORKING STUDENT AS SUPPORT IN THE CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT OF SPACE PROJECTS (SATELLITES, INSTRUMENTS, EQUIPMENTS) IN FRIEDRICHSHAFEN (D/F/M)

• Location: Friedrichshafen
• Start: as soon as possible
• Duration: 12 months

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or an equivalent field of study.
• First practical experience in the field of Microsoft Office and/or data management is desirable.
• First experience with database systems (Windchill, JIRA,… or comparable) is desirable.
• Fluent in German and English.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Student

• Support space project teams
• Work in Product Data Management (PDM) tool (industry standard: PTC Windchill)
• Manage our documents and data.
• Work in other tools (MS Office, Python etc.)
• Support of Configuration & Document Management
• Formal check of project documentation incl. metadata in the PDM tool
• Support to data package reception and archiving
• Support to data package preparation and delivery
• Checks and support in the PDM tool
