Your mission As a Working Student Assistant Marketing (m/f/d), you will support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of events and conferences while ensuring smooth operational processes behind the scenes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and sales stakeholders to create well-organized, impactful event experiences and contribute to the efficiency of our marketing operations at our Munich-Martinsried location. We are currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Marketing Team at our Martinsried location, starting as soon as possible. Your responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sponsored events and conferences Coordinate with external vendors, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations Manage event logistics, including shipping, booth materials, branded merchandise, and inventory tracking Maintain event calendars, timelines, checklists, and planning documents Assist in preparing event briefings, post-event reports, and follow-up documentation Support lead management processes and collaboration with the Sales team after events Act as a point of contact for event-related coordination across different teams Ensure all event activities and deliverables are completed on time and according to plan Your profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, ideally in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Based in Munich or surrounding areas Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage timelines, checklists, and multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive and reliable, with a hands-on mindset and strong sense of responsibility Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Comfortable collaborating with different teams and managing shifting priorities First experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar role through internships or student positions is a plus, but not required Why PreOmics There are many additional benefits that make PreOmics a great place to work.
