Chiisai is an internal startup within TDK’s Global Business Incubation Program, focused on revolutionizing agriculture through AI-powered solutions. Our mission is to bridge the technology gap for small and medium-sized farmers, helping them increase profitability and sustainability while providing real-time agricultural insights for governments and organizations. Chiisai’s first product, PestWise, is an AI-driven mobile application that enables farmers to detect pests early and receive customized treatment recommendations.
We are looking for a motivated and talented Working Student (m/f/d) to support our team in Business Administration as we continue to scale our vision for the future of AgriTech.

• Assist in business operations, project coordination, and administrative tasks related to Chiisai’s growth.
• Support market research, customer interviews, and data structuring to refine our business and partnership strategies.
• Help in the preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in managing relationships with industry partners, farmers, and agricultural organizations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Organize and coordinate workshops, meetings, and events related to Chiisai’s development.
• Work closely with tools like Miro, Slack, Notion, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
