Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Assist with accounting and invoicing
- Assist with financial reporting.
- Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks and projects.
HR
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
- Assist with Payroll related tasks
- Support recruitment tasks and monthly performance reviews
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, amendments, or reference letters.
