What You’ll Do
As an independent and motivated Working Student, you’ll be part of the Business Services Team for our Global Services Office in Munich which hosts about 200 employees.

In this role you will gain interesting insights into office operations while supporting the team with its varied day-to-day business. This will include:

  • Maintaining the GSM Office Page and other Communication Platforms
  • General office-, meeting- and event-management
  • Supporting the Team in Onboarding Processes
  • Writing reports, presentations and office communication
  • Contact person for all office related questions
  • Take an active part in creating and maintaining a friendly working atmosphere
  • Student community support
  • Coordination of Facilty – and Operations requests
