Job Description About your tasks: Support the categorization and brand maintenance of new products in the online shop. Assist with the optimization of existing assortments and the identification of new assortment opportunities. Support category management projects and day-to-day operational tasks related to assortment, merchandising, and marketing activities. Provide administrative support to the Category Management team, including organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation in Confluence. Assist with product placement coordination for onsite campaigns and newsletters in close collaboration with the Category Manager Advertising team. Update and maintain reports to support the daily business of Category Managers. Conduct basic benchmark and competitor analyses to support the monitoring of market trends and developments. Collaborate closely with (Senior) Category Managers and team members, contributing to a strong and cooperative team environment. Qualifications About you: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and will remain enrolled for at least one more year. You have ideally gained initial practical experience through working student roles, internships, or traineeships. You are interested in e-commerce and feel comfortable working in a digital environment. You are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. You speak Italian at native level and are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You bring a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and enjoy working with different stakeholders. Responsibilities
