Data is everything: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets using tools like Excel, Tableau, and potentially KLUSA, to provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions and drive organizational growth Take responsibility: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate key performance indicators, trends, and insights to stakeholders, leveraging their understanding of economic and organizational contexts to provide actionable recommendations Teamwork is dreamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement, develop and implement solutions, and monitor their effectiveness, driving continuous learning and growth within the organization Focus on the future: Knowledge Management and Documentation of processes, projects, and initiatives, using tools like MS Office and potentially other knowledge management systems Working part-time: The focus is on studies.
