Are you detail-oriented and interested in supporting our contract administration processes? As a Working Student in Contract Administration, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handling and organization of contracts, contributing to the operational success of our team. As a Contract Administrator, you’ll handle administrative tasks related to contracts, which will include organizing documents and ensuring compliance with company policies. How you’ll make an impact:

• Maintain and optimize the digital contract management database, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure database completeness and promote consistent usage across the company
• Support integration projects by aligning the contract database with other internal tools and systems
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including contract review, filing, and accurate metadata entry
• Act as a key contact for contract-related inquiries and data requests within the organization
• Prepare reports and support compliance, including SOX controls, audits, and legal team administrative needs

What you’ll need to thrive:

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Law or Business Administration at a university in NRW, residing within commuting distance to Düsseldorf
• Be detail-oriented and proactive, with strong organizational skills and a structured approach to tasks
• Capacity to work independently on operational duties and collaboratively across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with excellent general computer skills
• Multitasking skills, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines under pressure
• Solid project and time management abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement
• High motivation to contribute to the evolution of contract management at trivago, with excellent research, documentation, and communication skills in English (German preferred)
