YOUR SKILLS:

• You have been a student for at least two semesters
• Ideally first experience within contract management or other relevant experience
• High quality awareness as well as a thorough and structured work approach
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• You are familiar using Microsoft Office Applications

• Support the Governance, Risk & Compliance team on contract management by e. g. documenting, monitoring and reporting contracts
• Manage contract deadlines and resubmissions with our contract management software EASY
• Review contracts and have them signed digitally
• Maintain the Contract Management and Governance, Risk & Compliance Sharepoint
• Support the creation and maintenance of guidelines and policies
• Optimize our contract management and processes
• Assist on different projects related to contract management or Governance, Risk & Compliance
