Job Description
The trust of our customers, business partners and the public is our top priority at zooplus, which is why acting responsibly and in accordance with the law is of utmost importance to us. The Corporate Compliance department supports the business units, managers and employees in mastering the constantly growing challenges posed by criminal and regulatory law at national and international level and in making the right decisions. The focus is on compliance areas such as anti-bribery/anti-corruption, antitrust, anti-money-laundering, trade sanctions, consumer protection and competition law.
The core task of Corporate Compliance is to implement an effective compliance management system that successfully promotes awareness of compliance risks and integrity, and that sustainably prevents potential misconduct. The aim is also to detect and remedy legal violations, investigate suspected cases and take immediate action if necessary.
As a working student, you will be part of the Corporate Compliance Team at our company headquarters in Munich and responsible for the following tasks:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are currently studying economics, law or a comparable degree programme
  • Ideally, you have some initial practical work experience and are eager to learn.
  • You have an affinity for processes and IT solutions
  • You can quickly grasp and understand complex texts.
  • You work proactively, in a structured and diligent manner and enjoy working in a team.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in German and have a very good command of written and spoken English.
