  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s studies program.
  • Valuable prior experience as an intern or working student in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (proficiency in German and English).
  • A hands-on mindset with a natural sense of ownership and responsibility, coupled with the ability to produce deliverables (e.g. new ideas, concepts, processes) both independently and collaboratively.
  • Possess analytical thinking, a structured work style, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Having experience in working in a data-driven manner is a definite plus.
  • Interest to learn and use the latest AI and automation technologies.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Working Student in Customer Experience (f/m/d), you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our Customer Success and Customer Education teams. Your mission? Build the foundation for Workpath to deliver an exceptional customer experience, driving Strategy Execution Excellence for Europe’s largest organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and workflow automation to streamline key processes within Customer Experience, freeing up capacity across the team and enhancing efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Success Consultants throughout the entire customer journey, driving Strategy Execution Excellence across Europe’s biggest organizations. This includes conducting data analysis to generate valuable insights, supporting customer consultations, and developing compelling pitch decks for top management.
  • Ensure that Workpath delivers exceptional first-level support, providing customers with a seamless and reliable experience.
  • Provide expert support to our Product Specialists by applying deep product knowledge in technical, platform-related, and content-driven customer interactions.
  • Partner with our Customer Education Specialists to coordinate, refine, and enhance workshops and training formats, ensuring our customers get the most out of our software.
