YOUR MISSION:

As a Customer Experience Operations Working Student (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you will support our Customer Experience (CX) team by ensuring seamless data management, analytics, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our CX tools, reporting, and automation processes. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain CX dashboards and reports using CSS, SQL, Preset and Salesforce to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Support Salesforce data clean-up, ensuring accurate customer account information and structured data.
  • Assist in integrating and automating CX tools through APIs, WebHooks, and workflow automation (e.g., Zapier integrations and API).
  • Create executive reports regarding Customer Experience KPIs, performance & consumption metrics.
  • Handle internal invoicing processes related to CX operations & Professional Service Team.
  • Become an expert in Parloa’s CX tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and provide internal support for cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a co-owner of specific CX tools (Zendesk, Implementation Tool, Clockify) and ensure smooth functionality and optimization.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks, such as handling license and access requests for CX tools and responding to tooling-related inquiries.
