YOUR MISSION

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Working Student to join our Customer Success team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and enablement programs for the employees of our subsidiaries. These employees rely on our proprietary software to sell, install, and manage renewable energy systems. Your mission will be to ensure that they are fully equipped to use these tools effectively and confidently, ultimately driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a Working Student - Customer Success Program Management you will be responsible for

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training and enablement programs tailored to the needs of our subsidiaries’ employees
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to gain a deep understanding of our software solutions across Marketing, Sales and Installation Operations
  • Work closely with subsidiaries to identify skill gaps and prioritize training needs across different regions
  • Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, video tutorials, and hands-on workshops
  • Organize and lead onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth adoption of our software solutions
  • Act as a liaison between the subsidiaries and the Tech team to communicate user needs and pain points
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness, adoption rates, and user satisfaction metrics
