WORKING STUDENT (D/F/M) - A320 FAMILY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME - DIGITALIZATION

Are you a full-time student (d/f/m) looking to gain first hand experience as a working student in Airbus within the A320 Family Programme? We are looking for an enthusiastic student to work with the Digitalization Manager on projects that directly impact the operational efficiency of our business processes and user experience of our colleagues. You’ll learn to analyze user needs, build quick prototypes of applications using modern technologies and develop critical skills in a dynamic environment. Gain hands-on experience in data analysis, user research, and communication, building a strong foundation for your future career. This up to 12-month part-time (with approx. 18 hours a week) opportunity provides invaluable experience and sets you on the path to a successful career.

  • Location: Hamburg
  • Start: as soon as possible
  • Duration: 12 months

You will receive a collectively agreed salary of at least €18.17 per hour, depending on the job. There are also special payments such as vacation pay.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled full-time student in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in programming and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in user experience (UX) principles and customer-centric design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for digital technologies, data-driven decision making, and product development.
  • Business-fluent in English
