To support repairs, Airbus Operations GmbH is seeking a

WORKING STUDENT (D/F/M) IN THE HIGH-LIFT STRUCTURES REPAIRS DEPARTMENT.

The Structural Repairs department is responsible for the daily operational Wing High-Lift Engineering Daily Repair Actions for the after-sales activities of the series programs (Wide Body, Single Aisle, Long Range, A380, and A350), with a focus on wing trailing edge components (flaps, flap supports, fairings, spoilers). She ensures the processing of airline requests for the series programs, including the AOG (Aircraft on Ground) service.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, structural mechanics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Good knowledge of all MS Office applications and good knowledge of Google applications.
  • First experience with AI tools would be beneficial.
  • English: Advanced knowledge.
  • German: Advanced knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Support in processing “In Service Requests” from Airbus customers by processing all incoming in-service requests.
  • Assignment of specialist teams (Stress, Design, Fatigue) and subcontractors. Deadline tracking of all in-service requests. Coordination of results distribution.
  • Evaluation of monthly and weekly statistics: Creation of monthly and weekly statistics related to the Daily Repair business.
  • Comparison of TRM (Technical Request Management) tool entries with the internal request tracking (KPI statistics), evaluation and detailed analysis of “Overdue” and “In-time” responses.
  • Preparation of all necessary documents for requesting the necessary on-call availability, planning, and requesting on a monthly basis.
  • Administrative responsibility for the digital archive. Creation and updating of relevant archiving data banks (DEADALUS) entries.
