In order to support the department Procurement Operations Digital Solutions, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within within Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, Communications or similar field of study
• MS Office and Excel knowledge or user experience with G Suite
• Good knowledge in Google Suite or MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. Google Data Studio) and/or web design would be a plus
• Basic Procurement and Supply Chain process knowledge
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Spanish/French language knowledge would be a plus

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Student

• Support the Procurement Digital Transformation Team in managing our Digital Transformation and overall Project and Change Management activities.
• Support in awareness and capturing of new ideas for Software and AI Robotic Process Automation within the different Procurement functions and monitoring of the development of new robots
• Analysis and Monitoring of the Airbus Purchase to Pay and Supply Chain Quality process of by generation of Management reports
• Support the continuous communication about Procurement Digitalisation & Improvement activities
• Preparing and organizing Meetings & virtual workshops for the Senior Management team
• Support of the Digital Transformation Multifunctional team focusing on the creation of a mid - to long-term Digital strategy
