In order to support Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

WORKING STUDENT (D/M/W) IN THE FIELD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE SUPPORT

You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of a Project Management Officer? Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in Project Management as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!

  • Location: Ottobrunn
  • Start: as soon as possible
  • Duration: 12 months

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studies in Engineering sciences, or business administration ex. (pluridisciplinary approach requested on the tasks)
  • Team player - interested in working in teams
  • Ready to work in a challenging environment
  • Affinity to multinational environment
  • Interested in Space projects would be an asset
  • You have some experience in MS Office, MS Project
  • German and English are must, French or Spanish an asset (due to the nature of the project)

Responsibilities
  • Support to different PMO processes within the project under the supervision of the PMO lead, f.ex. reporting, presentations, preparation of meeting (internal, external)
  • Action Items tracking – Implementation of all Ais of different project reviews in a single list, using the JIRA tool
  • Follow up of Ais with the actionees and preparation of Follow up lists for specific purposes (internal and customer reporting)
  • Update of different supporting documents on request of book captains within the PMO team
  • Participation into the Project PMO Meeting
  • Support to administrative processes within the project under the responsibility of the PMO team
  • Deployment of new methods and tools
