We are excited to invite applications for the position of Working Student within our dynamic DAIA Acceleration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and results driven individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact and take responsibility early-on while working in an environment that provides learning opportunities and coaching to foster your development. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Business Success Managers, DAIA Portfolio Manager and Agile Coaches, gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience across various capabilities in DAIA Acceleration. The ideal candidate will bring a healthy mix between creativity to think new processes, discipline to establish structure and drive results, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage communication initiatives for DAIA: including SharePoint design and curation, orchestration of townhall meetings and internal events, building a library of use-cases for roadshow presentations
  • Contribute to make our DAIA capabilities and achievements visible within DAIA and to our partners
  • Collaborate and be coached by our DAIA Business Succes Manager – Marketing & Sales
  • Digitalization & Process Optimization: co-creating our processes, powered by digital tools and AI
  • Serve as a power-user for digital tools utilized by DAIA Acceleration (i.e. BSSNOW, Lucid, Asana, SAP)
  • Co-creation of new processes
