YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL and cloud technologies (ideally AWS)
- Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools is not a requirement, but it is a valuable skill to have
- You are extremely motivated, passionate about learning and contributing to the team and the business with a “can-do” attitude
- You communicate fluently in English and appreciate cultural diversity

Responsibilities:
- You will collect, clean and process data from various file formats (Excel, CSV, JSON, Parquet) supporting the Data Science team in the analysis of damages
- You will develop and maintain automated solutions for the ingestion of the data provided by external suppliers into Sixt data infrastructure
- You will conduct exploratory data analysis to identify business insights and monitor the data quality from the input sources
- You will support the development and implementation of predictive models for vehicle damages by assisting in data preparation, applying machine learning techniques and evaluating model performance
- You will collaborate with experienced data scientists, contribute ideas and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
