As our Working Student EVC - Poland, you will support the team in building strong customer connections, identifying new business opportunities, and helping drive the transition to cleaner mobility. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in: Support the growth of our EV Charging business in CEE by identifying new leads and business opportunities. Conduct market research and help build a qualified pipeline of potential customers across sectors such as retail, fleet, and logistics. Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to create meaningful first connections. Schedule meetings and support the pre-sales journey together with the Sales team. Organise and track key projects, customer activities, and next steps in a structured way. Collaborate on presentations, proposals, and marketing or business development initiatives. Your profile All right, that sounded intriguing, didn’t it? To feel confident in this role and enjoy the journey, your background could look a lot like this: You are currently studying or have a Bachelor's level background in Business, Sales, New Mobility, or a related field. You communicate confidently in Polish and English at C1 level, and additional languages such as Chinese are a plus. You bring a proactive, hands-on mindset and enjoy working independently while staying focused on results. You are interested in clean mobility, renewable energy, or technology-driven industries. You feel comfortable using digital tools such as Excel, CRM systems, and LinkedIn for daily work. First exposure to business development, sales support, or lead generation would be an advantage.
