Responsibilities
  • Drive and assist the implementation and maintenance of our team’s customer success solution (SAP Sales Cloud V2)
  • Proactive optimization of our internal success processes to further improve our customers’ satisfaction as well as the team’s daily operations (e.g., SAP CX AI Toolkit)
  • Support regular reporting and business review procedures rolling up to top management
  • Implement a rewards culture and run creative challenges for Customer Success Managers
