  • Bachelor or Master student (f/m/d) in Business Administration, PR & Marketing, Journalism or a comparable degree.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self motivated can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in the international environment and with a C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Structured approach and ability to take ownership for smaller deliverables with support of the team.
  • As the role is focused on the executive communications and event management, previous experience in these areas is a benefit.
  • Previous customer-facing experience is another asset.
  • Having experience in SharePoint creation is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • The preferred candidate should be located close to Walldorf. However, as we are a global team, remote work is possible with a prior alignment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage content coordination for executive events, with a focus on large internal, external and customer-facing presentations preparation.
  • Oversee social media calendar planning for executive leaders in collaboration with a Global BTM Marketing organization.
  • Support selected customer-facing communications.
  • Take a lead on selected project management tasks such as running the meeting governance, preparing leadership meetings and ensure a correct follow up.
  • Provide logistics virtual and onsite support for leadership offsites and All-employee meetings.
  • Prepare executive briefings for selected events.
  • Provide ad-hoc support on short-term projects with high business impact.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint pages.
