WHO YOU ARE:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Studying preferably in the fields: Communications and/or Marketing, Social Sciences, Humanities, Communications Design
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms, esp. LinkedIn, and understanding of best practices
  • Experience managing social media for enterprise-level organizations (preferred)
  • Strong editorial and writing skills across formats (photo, video, text)
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling, with a creative mindset and a drive to bring new ideas to life
  • Solid computer skills, especially across all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong soft skills: Collaborative team player, creative thinker, confident presenter and communicator; motivated, flexible, and open to ad-hoc tasks; passionate about content creation
  • Ability to break down complex topics and translate them into engaging, easy-to-understand content from concept to execution
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Language skills: English proficiency required; German is a plus
  • Start date: As soon as possible
