Responsibilities

Then we’d love for you to join our team as a Working Student or Intern in Communication, Storytelling & Organizational Support!
In this role, you’ll work directly with the Global Lead of SAP Experience Centers and Flagship Event Experiences, supporting high-impact engagements with customers, partners, and executives. Your contribution will be both strategic and creative – from developing compelling experiences to crafting visual presentations and supporting communication and organizational workflows.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in shaping individual customer experiences, digital communication, and behind-the-scenes coordination. Along the way, you’ll deepen your understanding of SAP’s portfolio and solutions, develop your storytelling skills, refine your visual communication abilities, and help us continuously improve how we connect with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement SupportHelp prepare and execute customer, partner, and executive engagements—mainly from a content perspective, but also through orgnizational coordination.
  • Storytelling & Content CreationDevelop compelling narratives that simplify complex topics and make them resonate across audiences.
  • Visual Design & Presentation BuildingDesign high-impact presentations and assets using tools like PowerPoint—infusing clarity, creativity, and brand consistency.
  • Digital Content & StrategyContribute to internal and external content strategies (e.g., LinkedIn posts, internal communications).
  • Team & Process SupportAssist with administrative and operational tasks such as process documentation, meeting preparation, and content coordination.
