We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic working student to join the SAP University Alliances Portfolio & Programs – IT-Camps 4 Youngsters team. The IT-Camps 4 Youngsters program introduces pupils aged 8 to 18 to the world of technology and computational education through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

  • You will support us with the following tasks:Assist with creating, updating, and sharing learning materials, including media content (e.g., photos, videos, and blog posts) for marketing and event purposes.
  • Help prepare materials and organize both classroom and virtual learning events, including supporting trainers during kick-off sessions.
  • Provide on-site support and supervise participants during in-person events, as well as help host online events.
  • Support administrative processes, including email communication and managing our community.
  • Maintain and validate data in our internal registration tools, portal pages, and Microsoft SharePoint sites.
  • Assist with onboarding and the launch of new locations, including translating learning materials when needed
