YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current studies (Master’s/Diploma) in the field of business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or similar
• Basic knowledge of project management with a structured way of working
• Ideally already experience (internship or work experience) in consulting, digital design or practical entrepreneurial project work
• Basic knowledge of design thinking and / or other idea generation and analysis approaches
• Strong interest in learning how to realize the innovation potential of a companyVery good knowledge of English

• Support innovation events: Help plan and execute workshops and events that bring together international experts to discuss the latest advancements in high-tech innovation
• Develop innovative solutions: Contribute to the development of solution ideas, visualizations, and design concepts that enhance our innovative strength
• Collaborate on projects: Assist in managing innovation projects from idea to early development stages, and gain hands-on experience in project management
• Conduct market research: Research innovative use cases, target group needs, market potentials, and competing solutions across our business units, and help us stay informed about industry trends
