You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Loves to learn, share knowledge, and can react autonomously.
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Experience with enablement, content delivery, content creation preferred, but not essential.
  • Presentation/software skills:
  • Microsoft Office (excellent PowerPoint and good Excel knowledge required)
  • Design and storytelling fascination.
  • Ability to learn and use new tools
  • Soft Skills:
  • Structured and well-organized team player
  • Creative – bringing in a fresh-mindset
  • Quick comprehension and goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize
  • Reliability, responsibility, and open-mindedness
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the organization and execution of key initiatives to scale our services such as the SAP Onboarding program or the team´s speaker certification.
  • Support in project management tasks, such as planning and executing operational activities for enablement activities.
  • Be open to a continuous learning environment, where new skills such as presentation skills, digital delivery and corporate transformation knowledge will be quickly added to your portfolio.
  • Work hand in hand with the CSPT Enablement lead to ensure the success of all projects driven by the team.
  • Organize, gather and report on the delivery activities executed by the team
  • Nurture the speaker communities
