In this role, you’ll help make complex topics easier to understand for customers and colleagues. By creating useful materials such as videos, presentations, and templates, you’ll enable others to learn quickly and work more efficiently. Depending on your experience or interests, you may also contribute to technical tasks like building dashboards, analyzing data, preparing demos or setting up systems and users supporting the team in staying productive and focused on priority activities.
