Responsibilities

As a working student (f/m/d) with us, you will work closely with an innovative and motivated team of Customer Success Managers in MEE. Your tasks will include supporting the team and management with:

  • Preparation of demonstrations, presentations, and videos
  • Development and implementation of best practices within the team and the organization
  • Assistance at customer meetings and workshops
  • Support for topics such as reporting, onboarding of new tools, etc.
  • Creation and editing of digital content such as videos or landing pages
  • Initiating measures to optimize operational processes
  • Administrative support for management
