WHAT YOU BRING

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Student (f/m/d) currently enrolled at a university, or a university of applied sciences related to Economics, Business, management
  • Computer skills: Excellent usage of tools for executive presentations, Excel, and ability to work with Microsoft applications
  • Language skills: fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
  • Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, working in an agile environment, able to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
  • Working at least 1 or 2 days from the office in Walldorf is required
Responsibilities
  • Support in preparation, alignment, and coordination of various strategic enablement and learning topics for deal support colleagues
  • Support in the elaboration of executive presentations
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials with different platforms and tools
  • Take notes and memos during meetings, type documents, drafts and reports
  • Manage databases and input information, data and records
  • Set up, break down, organize and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms, update company calendars
  • Attend company functions and networking events
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
